If you owe money

Our clients expect to get paid but we understand there may be many reasons why relations may have broken down and settlement is just not possible. 

What you shouldn’t do is ignore us. 

We will work with you to avoid additional costs being added to the debt and if payment can’t be made immediately we are prepared to assist you in reaching an agreement that is acceptable to all parties.

If you fail to make payment or reach an agreement with us we will take steps to recover the debt through legal action.  This could result in High Court Enforcement Officers attending your premise or Bankruptcy or Liquidation Orders being made against you.
